How do I know what to select for myself?
Trusting your intuition is key. However, when in doubt ask Poca. We provide a service where you can schedule a 10-15 mins appointment with Poca. During which, you can ask Poca what works for you based on what you tell Poca what you're working on. Whether its manifesting abundance, money, or love; healing; protection; or its connection with your ancestors, guides, spiritual court or deities, Poca will try to best assist steering you in the proper direction.
I have a really custom order, how do I place my order?
In this situation, schedule a time with Poca or you can send us a DM on our Instagram page KenchulibyPoca.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping can take between 10-14 business days not including weekends. Most orders ship out during this time frame unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Are the pendants made with snake skin?
No, they are made with real snake shed. Poca uses the slough of her own pet snakes to handcraft each pendant herself.
What comes with each order?
Every order comes with: Potpourri her bag- These have a combo of dry herbs, flowers, potpourri, spices & oils. These vary seasonally.
Inner child bag- These have various candies, stickers & intuitively picked cards with tarot cards.
How can I do a return or get a refund?
All sales are final. We do not do returns. We will gladly correct any errors made in Kenchulis part. Any damages causes by the post office or during the shipping process must be addressed with your local post office.
