 Once you've checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our processing time can be up to 24 hours. Shipping takes 10-14 days not including weekends.

We use the USPS for shipping. A tracking number is provided with all orders placed. We ship with the U.S., & it's territories including P.O.Box.

If your order shows it was shipped/delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office. Kenchuli is not responsible for any package lost during shipping.
