Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not do returns. We will gladly correct any errors made in Kenchulis part. Any damages causes by the post office or during the shipping process must be addressed with your local post office. 

If your order shows it was shipped/delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office. Kenchuli is not responsible for any package lost during shipping.
